Israeli website building company Wix has instructed employees to return to the office full time, five days a week, starting February 1, 2026. The decision applies to teams in Israel, Krakow, and Vilnius, while Ukrainian employees will continue to work from a safe location. The move aims to strengthen collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and bring back the daily dynamics of working together face-to-face. Organizational flexibility will continue to be based on trust, personal needs, and managerial discretion.
