WisdomTree Natural Gas 3x Daily Leveraged Securities: Proposed Amendment to Principal Amount Meeting of ETP Securityholders.

WisdomTree Multi Asset Issuer Public Limited Company is proposing to amend the principal amount of the affected securities, WisdomTree Natural Gas 3x Daily Leveraged Securities, from USD 0.425712 to USD 0.0425712 following the price of the securities falling below 500% of its current principal amount. A meeting of the affected securities holders will be held on February 9, 2026, to consider the amendment. If the vote does not pass, a compulsory redemption event may be triggered if the price falls below 200% of the principal amount within 60 days of the threshold event date.
