A Winnipeg woman is being held responsible for a $1,300 cable bill from Rogers Communications despite claiming she never opened the account. Rogers told McKay the bill was for a defaulted cable service account, but McKay disputes this, saying she never opened the account and hasn't lived in the building associated with the account in nearly a decade. McKay has filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services.
