Wheaton Precious Metals Names Haytham Hodaly as New CEO, Randy Smallwood to Transition to Non-Executive Chair

Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. announced that Haytham Hodaly will succeed Randy Smallwood as CEO, effective March 31, 2026. Smallwood will transition to non-executive Chair of the Board, while George Brack will assume the role of Lead Independent Director. Hodaly joined Wheaton in 2012 and has played a key role in completing over $11 billion in streaming transactions and developing the company's technical teams.
