Hodaly has been instrumental in shaping the company's success and has played a key role in streaming transactions worth around USD11 billion. Smallwood will transition to non-executive chair, while George Brack will switch to lead independent director. The leadership change comes after a strong Q3 performance, with revenue up 55% on-year to USD476.3 million.
