WeWork India Management has entered into a lease agreement for capacity expansion in Hyderabad, securing approximately 250,348 sq ft of workspace at Phoenix H10 under a managed office arrangement with TMUS India. The deal includes 1,507 workstations across five floors, with a total contract value of ₹475.49 crore (excluding taxes) over a 60-month term, including a 42-month committed period. The project, expected to be operational by June 2026, involves an estimated ₹100 crore investment funded through a combination of debt and internal accruals. This follows a prior January 2026 announcement to add 3,300 desks in Hyderabad, which is also slated for completion by June 2026 according to reports.

Simultaneously, WeWork India has expanded its Chennai operations through a lease deed for 141,392 sq ft, introducing approximately 2,605 new desks. The expansion, operational by July 2026, requires an investment of ₹35 crore, also funded via debt or internal resources. As of December 31, 2025, the company reported 121,638 desks in its existing portfolio with 83.90% utilization.

These developments reflect WeWork India's strategy to enhance its flexible workspace offerings in key Indian markets. The company's stock recently traded at ₹469.60 on the BSE, with a daily trading volume of 8,696 shares.
