Western Sierra Bancorp to Acquire Auburn Community Bancorp

Auburn Community Bancorp will merge with Western Sierra Bancorp, becoming the newest affiliate of the multi-bank holding company. Auburn Community Bancorp shareholders will receive $7.5 million in cash and 350,000 shares of Western Sierra Bancorp common stock. The merger is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the second half of 2023.
