WeRide Goes Public on HKEX and NASDAQ, Becoming First Robotaxi Company to List on Both Exchanges

WeRide has listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the world's first publicly traded Robotaxi company on both Hong Kong and US exchanges. The company raised approximately HKD 2.39 billion and issued 88.25 million shares. WeRide is a global leader in autonomous driving technology with products holding autonomous driving permits in seven countries and deployments in over 30 cities across 11 countries. The listing broadens its investor base and accelerates global deployment of its autonomous vehicle fleet.
