BEIJING, Nov. 25 (Xinhuanet) -- The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and eleven other departments recently issued the "Upgrade Action Plan for 5G Mass Application" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), proposing to build a development pattern of "capacity universal, application popular, and empowerment extensive" by the end of 2027 to fully realize the mass application of 5G.
