Wakefit Innovations IPO Opens Today: Check GMP, Price Band, Dates, and Review

Wakefit Innovations, a D2C home and sleep solutions company, has opened its IPO for public subscription. The mainline offering worth ₹1,288.9 crore comprises a fresh issue of 19.3 million equity shares and an offer for sale of 46.8 million equity shares. The company had raised ₹580 crore from 33 institutional investors via an anchor book on December 5. The issue is valued at an EV/Sales multiple of 4.7x and has a lot size of 76 shares. The subscription window will close on December 10, with allotment expected by December 11 and listing on December 15.
