Voya Funds Announce Monthly Distribution Payments

Voya Global Advantage and Premium Opportunity Fund and Voya Infrastructure, Industrials and Materials Fund announced their November 2025 distributions. The distributions are estimated to be $0.085 and $0.100 per common share, respectively. The sources of the distributions are estimated to be 12% net investment income, 88% return of capital, and 0% net realized short-term and long-term capital gains for Voya Global Advantage and Premium Opportunity Fund. For Voya Infrastructure, Industrials and Materials Fund, the sources are estimated to be 0% net investment income, 4% return of capital, 76% net realized long-term capital gains, and 20% net realized short-term capital gains.
