Vox Royalty Acquires Australian Stockman Copper-Gold Royalty for $15 Million.

Vox Royalty Corp. has acquired a 1.5% Net Smelter Return royalty over the Stockman copper-gold-zinc-silver project in Australia for A$5 million cash and up to A$15 million in total consideration. The project, operated by Aeris Resources Limited, has a 12-year mine life and is expected to generate over $3 million in annual royalty revenue. The acquisition offers meaningful value and optionality for Vox shareholders.
