Virtus Diversified Income & Convertible Fund Announces Special Year-End Distribution and Discloses Sources of Distribution

Virtus Diversified Income & Convertible Fund announces a special year-end distribution of $0.384 per share, in addition to the regular monthly distribution of $0.18 per share. The sources of the distribution include net realized short-term capital gains of $0.180 per share and net realized long-term capital gains of $0.361 per share. The fund has maintained a consistent distribution level under its Managed Distribution Plan, which may be paid in part or in full from net investment income and realized capital gains.
