Vera Bradley CMO Alison Hiatt to Depart, Receive Severance Package

Alison Hiatt, Chief Marketing Officer at Vera Bradley, will leave the company on October 9, 2025. She will receive severance compensation, including base salary, accrued benefits, and a lump sum payment of $300,000, plus an additional payment equal to 1.25 times her annual bonus for the 2026 fiscal year. Hiatt will also retain her stock awards and receive shares that vest according to her Award Agreements during the severance period. In exchange, she will release Vera Bradley and related parties from all claims related to her employment or termination.
