Venezuela faces storage capacity issues due to blockade intercepts and US plans to block sanctioned ships. Major oil reserves and ships at terminals are filling up rapidly, and if capacity is reached in 10 days, state-owned PDVSA may be forced to stop producing at some wells. Chevron continues production in its joint ventures with PDVSA "without interruptions" and is in compliance with all applicable laws.
