Vantage Drilling Completes Sale of Tungsten Explorer to TotalEnergies Joint Venture

Vantage Drilling International has completed the sale of the Tungsten Explorer to TEVA Ship Charter LLC, a joint venture with TotalEnergies. The company will continue to manage the Tungsten Explorer for a ten-year term with an option to extend for an additional five years. Vantage Drilling's CEO, Ihab Toma, commented on the completion of the sale and expressed excitement for the mutually beneficial relationship with TotalEnergies.
