Vantage Corp Bolsters Asian Presence with $3.6M Acquisition of 3 Marine Entities

Vantage Corp has expanded its Asia footprint with the acquisition of three marine entities in Singapore and China for $3.6M in cash. The acquisitions provide Vantage with full ownership of PJ Singapore and 60% stakes in PJ Shanghai and Peijun Marine.
