Valley Green Bank reports Q1 net income of $4.4mln, up 48% YoY.

Valley Green Bank's balance sheet shows total assets of $421.6mln at September 30, 2014, up from $357.3mln at December 31, 2013. Cash and cash equivalents increased to $38.1mln, while loans receivable, net of allowance for loan losses, rose to $364.3mln. Deposits also increased, with noninterest-bearing deposits reaching $236.4mln and total deposits totaling $401.6mln. Total stockholders' equity was $20.1mln.
