Vale Public Hearing for Marés II Dam Licensing and Environmental Impact Assessment.

Vale will hold a public hearing to discuss the licensing of the Waste and Tailings Pile (PDER) and the Marés II Dam in Belo Vale, MG. The hearing will focus on operational, safety, environmental, and social aspects of the projects. The public can access the Environmental Impact Study and Report for consultation, and Vale will provide free transportation to the event. The hearing will take place on March 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Quadra da Escola Municipal Prefeito João Eustáquio.
