Ur-Energy Announces Retirement of General Counsel Penne Goplerud and Names Alex Ritchie as Successor

Ur-Energy Inc. announced the retirement of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Penne Goplerud, effective January 6, 2026. Ms. Goplerud has served in the role since 2011 and will be succeeded by Alex Ritchie, who has over 25 years of legal and executive experience in natural resources, environmental law, and general corporate matters. Ur-Energy Chairman and CEO John Cash thanked Ms. Goplerud for her dedication and contributions to the company over the past 20 years.
