Unilever and McCormick have agreed to combine their food businesses to create a $65 billion food giant. Unilever shares in London fell 7.3% while McCormick slid 6%. Marvell Technology, Centessa Pharma, and Apellis Pharmaceuticals are also stocks to watch Tuesday.
