SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2 and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) can be integrated with SAP Analytics Cloud to provide unified customer-experience capabilities. Two analytics options are available: Embedded SAP Analytics Cloud (eSAC) and SAP Analytics Cloud Enterprise Edition. SSO must be enabled in both systems for a successful connection. The integration unlocks powerful cross-functional insights for sales, service, and enterprise teams.
