UK Court Approves Harmony Gold Mining Acquisition by MAC Copper

MAC Copper, a Jersey-based company, has announced that a UK court has approved its acquisition of Harmony Gold Mining. The CSA Copper Mine, operated by MAC Copper, is located in New South Wales, Australia, and produces 58 underground copper mines. The mine holds a mining lease and exploration licenses covering over 2,474 hectares. In addition to the current operations, MAC Copper also holds 566 square kilometers of tenements.
