UiPath Acquires WorkFusion to Strengthen Agentic Solutions for Financial Services Industry

UiPath has acquired WorkFusion, a pioneer in AI agents for financial crime compliance, to strengthen its agentic solutions for the financial services industry. The acquisition expands UiPath's portfolio of AI-powered industry solutions, including processes and workflows for anti-money laundering and know your customer operations. WorkFusion's pre-built AI agents automate labor-intensive aspects of financial crime compliance, while UiPath's agentic automation and orchestration platform helps prioritize cases requiring human expertise. The transaction closed in UiPath's first quarter of fiscal 2027.
