UBS Group AG acquires 5.09% stake in Solar A/S

Solar A/S has disclosed that UBS Group AG has acquired a 5.09% stake in the company after purchasing 407,439 B-aktier on February 9, 2026. The acquisition makes UBS Group AG one of the largest shareholders of Solar A/S, a leading European sourcing and service provider in the fields of energy, plumbing, and climate. The company has a market capitalization of around 12.2 billion Danish kroner and employs approximately 3,000 people.
