Uber Technologies Inc. has disclosed that Dara Khosrowshahi, the company's Director and Chief Executive Officer, has executed transactions involving the sale of 105,895, 171,729, and 22,376 shares of common stock at respective prices of $95.92, $95.17, and $94.34 per share on September 12, 2025.
