TTEC Expands Operations in Egypt, Creates 3,500 Jobs Amidst Global Offshoring Summit

TTEC Holdings, a global CX technology and services innovator, announced a major expansion of its Egypt operations following the 2025 Global Offshoring Summit in Cairo. The company plans to expand its workforce by an additional 3,500 employees by 2029 to meet growing global client demand. TTEC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) to support the expansion. The Cairo facility will serve as an innovation hub for piloting next-generation CX technologies and AI-enabled solutions for global clients.
