Trifork Group AG Divests 51% Stake in Trifork Security A/S to Wingmen Solutions ApS

Trifork Group AG and key employees have agreed to divest 51% of Trifork Security A/S to Wingmen Solutions ApS, a Cisco partner in Denmark. The deal aims to accelerate Trifork Security's managed security services offering in Denmark and abroad. Wingmen Solutions will acquire the majority stake for an undisclosed amount, subject to regulatory approval. The transaction is expected to close in the coming months.
