Victory Capital has withdrawn its bid to acquire Janus Henderson, allowing Trian Fund Management and General Catalyst to proceed with their bid. Trian and General Catalyst have increased the value of their offer, reportedly beating Victory's bid. The acquisition is expected to be finalized soon.
