The Western Asset Inflation-Linked Income Fund is a closed-end investment company that aims to provide current income and capital appreciation through diversified investments in inflation-linked securities, including US Treasury Inflation Protected Securities (TIPS), and other fixed-income assets. The fund can invest up to 40% in non-USD investments and up to 10% in securities rated below investment grade.
