Trade Desk Overhauls Board Amid CFO Exit, Appoints Reddit CFO Vollero

The Trade Desk has reshuffled its board following the CFO's exit. Former CFO Alexander Kayyal resigned from the board, and Reddit CFO Andrew Vollero has joined the board and audit committee. Director Kathryn Falberg also resigned from the board. Vollero brings extensive experience as CFO and will receive annual compensation of $50,000 and an equity grant valued at $290,000.
