Toshiba Introduces Efficient, Reusable Electronic Fuse ICs for Power Supply Line Protection

Toshiba has launched the TCKE9 Series of electronic fuses (eFuse ICs) to protect power supply lines from overcurrent and overvoltage. The new ICs have current limit, voltage clamp, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection functions, offering compact designs with reduced component count, simplifying circuitry and aiding compliance with international safety standards.
