Titan Mining Secures US$15M Investment for Graphite Project in New York

Titan Mining Corporation has secured a $15 million investment from a leading institutional investor to accelerate the development of its Kilbourne Graphite Project in New York. The investment will be used to complete the feasibility study and advance the project towards construction. The funding, combined with a $5.5 million EXIM Bank support, positions Titan to fast-track the project. The investment will be completed through a private placement of special warrants, with each warrant exercisable for a common share and a warrant.
