Texas Community Bancshares Increases Dividend Payout by 100% with Quarterly and Special Cash Dividends

Texas Community Bancshares, Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share and a special cash dividend of $0.03 per share. The quarterly dividend is a $0.01 increase over the prior quarterly dividend. Both dividends will be payable on or about December 16, 2025, to stockholders of record as of December 2, 2025.
