TETRA Technologies Forms JV with Magrathea Metals to Rebuild US Magnesium Metal Defense Industrial Base

TETRA Technologies has signed a term sheet to form a joint venture with Magrathea Metals to combine their process technology and operational capabilities to rebuild the US magnesium metal defense industrial base. The partnership aims to extract critical minerals, including lithium and magnesium, from a brine resource in Arkansas. Magrathea has secured Defense Production Act funding to support the project.
