Tenet Reacquires Full Ownership of Conifer Health Solutions from CommonSpirit Health for $1.9 billion

Tenet has regained full ownership of Conifer Health Solutions, acquiring the remaining stake from CommonSpirit Health for almost $1.9 billion. The deal creates almost $2.7 billion in total value for Tenet, including cash payments and the elimination of liability on its balance sheet. Tenet plans to increase investments in Conifer's AI and automation capabilities.
