Teads Holding Co. Reports Q4 and FY2025 Financials, CTV Revenue Hits $100M

Teads Holding Co. reported Q4 2025 revenue of $352.2m, up 50% YoY, and full-year revenue of $1.3bn, up 46% YoY. Gross profit for Q4 was $120.4m, up 115% YoY, and for the full year was $429.1m, up 123% YoY. The company also reported positive adjusted free cash flow of $2.6m in Q4 and $6.0m for the full year.
