Synovus Financial Corp. Announces Merger Completion, Cessation of Directors and Officers

Synovus Financial Corp. has ceased all director and executive officer positions following the closing of its merger with Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. on January 1, 2026. The merger resulted in the formation of Newco, which became the parent holding company for the combined organization. Newco's headquarters is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
