SuperOps and AWS are launching the Agentic AI Marketplace in September, a platform where MSPs and IT teams can select and deploy ready-to-use AI agents for common IT workflows. The marketplace is designed to accelerate AI adoption and drive innovation. The launch includes two community-driven initiatives: the SuperOps Agentic AI Community and the SuperHack Hackathon, with a total prize pool of up to $100,000. The platform aims to help MSPs move beyond pilot stages and deliver AI-powered tools to their clients.

SuperOps and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are set to launch the Agentic AI Marketplace in September, a platform designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT teams select and deploy ready-to-use AI agents for common IT workflows. The marketplace aims to accelerate the adoption of AI and drive innovation in the IT sector.

The launch comes at a pivotal moment for the industry. According to Canalys, 90% of MSPs are exploring AI, yet 61% are stuck in the pilot stage, and 77% feel pressured to deliver AI-powered tools to their clients [2]. The Agentic AI Marketplace is poised to address these challenges by providing a centralized hub for MSPs and IT teams to access and deploy AI agents.

The marketplace will include two community-driven initiatives: the SuperOps Agentic AI Community and the SuperHack Hackathon. The Agentic AI Community is an interactive hub where MSPs, IT leaders, and developers can exchange ideas, access resources, and collaborate on advancing agentic AI. The SuperHack Hackathon, powered by AWS, is a global developer challenge inviting participants to build autonomous agents for real-world IT use cases. Winning submissions will be featured in the Marketplace, with a total prize pool of up to $100,000 USD.
