Superior Essex completes acquisition of remaining 40% of Essex Nexans.

Superior Essex Inc. has completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% equity interest in Essex Nexans from Nexans for €22 million in cash. The company now owns 100% of the equity of Essex Nexans, the largest European magnet wire manufacturer. The joint venture was formed in October 2005.
