Supercom Q2 net income USD 1.107 million
SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB) reported net income of $1.107 million for the second quarter of 2025, according to its latest financial results. This represents a decline from the $2.188 million net income recorded in the same period of 2024. The company’s Q2 revenue stood at $7.14 million, slightly below the $7.545 million reported in the prior-year quarter.
Despite the drop in net income, SuperCom demonstrated improved operational efficiency, with gross profit rising year-over-year to $4.218 million from $3.743 million. The company’s operating profit also increased significantly, reaching $1.103 million compared to $384,000 in Q2 2024. Additionally, the company’s non-GAAP net income for the quarter was $2.19 million, down from $3.25 million in the prior-year period.
SuperCom’s financial performance was supported by a 12.7% year-over-year increase in gross profit and a gross margin expansion to 59.1% from 49.6%. The company also reported a 56.3% increase in EBITDA to $2.54 million from $1.626 million.
The company’s financial position continued to strengthen, with cash and cash equivalents rising to $15 million as of June 30, 2025, compared to $5.7 million at the end of 2024. SuperCom also secured multiple new contracts in the electronic monitoring sector across the U.S. and internationally, contributing to its growth strategy.
While the company’s net income declined in Q2 2025, its improved operating margins and strategic contract wins highlight its ongoing efforts to expand its market presence and enhance profitability.
