SunOpta has filed a circular and proxy statement for a special meeting of voting shareholders and received an interim order. The meeting will address the proposed acquisition by Pure Sunfarms. The interim order grants final approval to the plan of arrangement under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA). Shareholders will vote on the acquisition at the special meeting.
