Strata Critical Medical Appoints Will Cook to Board of Directors

Strata Critical Medical, Inc. has appointed Will Cook to its Board of Directors, effective December 2, 2025. Cook is the President and CEO of Vail Health, a nonprofit community health care system in Colorado. He will also serve on the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. His experience in healthcare is expected to be beneficial as the company scales.
