Stellus Capital Management, a US direct lender with $3.8 billion AUM, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by P10, Inc., a private markets solutions provider. The acquisition will enhance Stellus' existing platform with complementary resources, expertise, and relationships. Stellus' investment processes, strategy, and operations will remain unchanged, with its current partners retaining control of day-to-day operations.
