Stardust Power Appoints Bruce Czachor as General Counsel

Stardust Power Inc. has appointed Bruce Czachor as General Counsel, effective immediately. Czachor brings over 30 years of experience in legal, corporate governance, and executive leadership in publicly listed energy and mining companies, including Piedmont Lithium Inc. He will oversee legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters for Stardust Power and report directly to Founder and CEO Roshan Pujari. Czachor's deep industry knowledge and expertise in public company governance strengthen Stardust Power's leadership team as it advances into execution and capital formation.
