Star Equity Holdings Agrees to Terminate Exec's Employment Contract.

Richard K. Coleman, Jr. and Jeffrey E. Eberwein have executed an agreement to terminate Coleman's prior employment agreement with Star Equity Holdings, Inc. and replace it with a new agreement. The new agreement includes a confidentiality agreement and mutual agreement to arbitrate claims.
