SPROCOMM INTEL has taken immediate steps to make all necessary and reasonable inquiries to find out the reasons for the recent fluctuation in the share price and volume

SPROCOMM INTEL (01401) announced that for the overall benefit of the Company and its shareholders, the Board has immediately taken steps to make all necessary and reasonable enquiries to find out the reasons for the recent fluctuation of the share price and volume. According to the information currently available to the Board, except for the Company's announcement on 19 November 2024 regarding the high concentration of its shares issued in response to the announcement made by the Securities and Futures Commission on the same day (SFC Announcement), the Board has not found any other reasons for the significant fluctuation of the share price and volume. Although the enquiries are still ongoing, the Board is not aware of any information indicating that the Company's securities may be traded in a false market or any inside information required to be disclosed under Section XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
