Sound Financial Declares $0.02 Per Share Q2 Dividend

Sound Financial Inc. declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per common share, marking the sixth consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid to shareholders since its initial public offering in January 2008. The dividend will be paid on October 12, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 25, 2009. Sound Financial is the holding company for Sound Community Bank, a full-service bank serving the greater Puget Sound region.
