Soulpower Acquisition Corporation (SOUL) and SWB Holdings have confidentially filed a draft registration statement on Form S-4 with the SEC, related to their proposed business combination. SOUL, a special purpose acquisition company, will merge with SWB LLC, a financial services company, to form Pubco. The combined entity, SOUL WORLD BANK, will be listed on the NYSE.
