Sotherly Hotels stockholders approve merger with Kemmons Wilson Hospitality Partners.

Sotherly Hotels Inc. stockholders approved the merger with KW Kingfisher LLC, a joint venture led by Kemmons Wilson Hospitality Partners and Ascendant Capital Partners. The joint venture will acquire all outstanding shares of Sotherly common stock. The final voting results will be reported in a Form 8-K filing with the SEC.
